About the Courses

This short course are designed for both newcomers and those with more experience with Qigong. There is an emphasis on learning to understand and work with the different aspects of your body and mind - starting with your breath and physical alignments. The subjects include:

  • Stretching, Warms Ups and how to align your body correctly. 

  • How to breath easily and without effort.

  • How to systematically release physical and mental tension on demand. 

  • Standing and sitting Qigong sets for health and vitality.

  • Meditation techniques.
